Does V2 have ability to manage permissions for a user same like we have in V1

Glad to see you’re making the switch over to the V2 of the REST API.

With the move to V2 of the REST API there are some endpoints which have been deprecated. There is a list of all endpoints which have been deprecated along with their possible replacements. You may find this list at Deprecation notice - Bitbucket Cloud REST API.

The following have been deprecated and replaced.
