Does bitbucket support pre-receive hook, which can send email's if a particular file changed

Does bitbucket support pre-receive hook, which can send email's to the team if a particular file is changed?

If you write your pre-receive hook to send email it will send an email providing your server has an email client on it.  It doesn't matter which git server you are running on the commands in the hook are not controlled by the server application.
