Pipelines doesn't have any special support for Salesforce deployments, but it's likely that it can be done using the right docker image and script. Essentially if you can do it from the Linux command line in a local environment then there's a good chance that you can do it in Pipelines.
Unfortunately I don't have any experience with Salesforce specifically, so that's as much help as I can offer at the moment. Hopefully someone else will be able to post a more complete answer with an example script.
