Hello Flower,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I'm not sure what flavor of Linux you are running, but this RedHat thread has the instructions for increasing the open file limit. You'll need to set the atlbitbucket user limit, but that should solve that since it mentions there being a problem with the limit being less than 4096, it should be changed to at least that.
