Facing issue when setup workspace

The banner shows below error.,

 

Workspace setup in progress. Groups and users may not be fully available for multiple hours. This banner will disappear once the process completes, upon page refresh.
Its been 3hrs. Still the banner is not cleared.

Hi Vithya and welcome to the community!

Does the issue still occur or has it been resolved?

I can see in our system that your Bitbucket account is an administrator of a workspace with repos and it is on a paid billing plan.

If you still experience issues with this or with a different workspace, you an create a ticket with the support team, provide the URL of the affected workspace in the ticket, and one of my colleagues will look into it. A support ticket you create can be accessed only by you, Atlassian staff, and any other users you may add as participants, so anything you post there won't be publicly visible.

You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product. When you are asked to provide the workspace URL, please make sure you enter the URL of the workspace that is on a paid billing plan to proceed with ticket creation.
