Smart Commit works when you include the Jira issue key in the commit. But when it is forgotten, I sometimes comment on the PR with the issue key. I saw that you can link to the JIRA issue when you comment on it inside a bracket.
For example: [JRA-123]
But that just creates a link you can click on, it does not link it to show up in the issue development panel.
Does anyone know how to go about this?
