Git LFS ingress/Egress usage cost

From the documentation, I could figure out that we will get 10GB storage for LFS in case of Premium user, and we can buy additional 100GB for 10$ per month but there is no info on Egress and Ingress limits or costs.

Welcome to the community!

We only charge for storage; there are no additional costs for uploading or downloading. However, HTTPS/SSH connections are limited to 60,000 requests per hour.

do we consider a download request of a LFS object from remote as single request or entire git pull will be considered as a single request?

This rate limit is applied per user request, not globally. Each user account has a rate limit of 60,000 requests per hour for Git activity.
