Groups and user access

Hello

I have a question about accessing a repository from a group or as a user.

I have a workspace in a free plan. in this workspace I appear in the administators and developers groups.
In this workspace there are several repositories.
In one of these repositories I appear with access from the groups (since I am in both) and also as a user.

In the case described, I suposse that it is not necessary to have both accesses (groups and user). If I try to disable access as a user I get a warning that I am removing my own administrator permission.

How is this?
Are both accesses (groups and user) necessary or did I do something wrong when creating workspace, project and repository?
