I was sent a letter stating they are about to nuke my organization and send a code by contacting support, the support page is a useless manaj of nonsense that does NOTHING... I just don't want to lose my data... why in the world would you make it so difficult to contact you...

Free customers are entitled only to community support, hence why you have been unable to raise a support ticket. This is highlighted in our support offerings documentation:
With that being said, however, Atlassian support engineers regularly monitor the community and address customer queries, particularly those that can't be resolved in the community, such as this query.
The notification you've received pertains to your Atlassian organization rather than your Bitbucket Cloud workspaces. Atlassian has started notifying customers about inactive organizations and has taken steps to delete them.
Conversely, Bitbucket Cloud is not connected to this initiative. I have verified that your Bitbucket Cloud workspaces are still active and will not be affected. To verify this, click on your avatar in the top-right corner, select All Workspaces from the dropdown menu, and locate the workspaces in the list.
Meanwhile, I went ahead and raised a support request on your behalf with our Cloud team to help you further regarding the org deletion. You should receive an email notification shortly and will be contacted by our Cloud team.
