Has anyone set up webhooks to a Jenkins that is not publicly accessible? Are there better solutions

I have Jenkins running in private subnet on AWS, which has no exposure to the public internet.  It is able to pull from Bitbucket Cloud

I don't this is possible, the whole premise of web hook depend upon accessibility of Jenkins from Bitbucket Cloud. If your Jenkins is not visible to Bitbucket your web hooks will never work.

@DPKJ Is there any other possibilities to communicate from bitbucket to Jenkins behind a firewall.

I don't think so, we had similar situation as we were running Jenkins on local subnet on AWS. But due to this very reason had to open public access from Bitbucket (we only allowed access from Bitbucket IP address due to security teams restrictions though).
