High Availability and Backup on bitbucket cloud

Hi,

    We want to move away from, our own managed gitlab solution to bitbucket cloud. Do you provide backups and high availability ? (E.g. similar to https://github.com/pricing under administration section).

    Also if there is a uptime SLA, please let us know.

Hi Janaka,

There is no official uptime SLA agreement. You can read more details on that here. As for backups, the backups that Atlassian keeps are for disaster recovery purposes only. We're not able to use them to restore repos that have been deleted by an end-user. You can read more information about our backups for Bitbucket Cloud on Does Bitbucket backup my repositories?.

Bitbucket Cloud is a highly available system. High availability refers to a system that is continuously operational for an extended period of time and durable.
