How can I get a Bitbucket URL in Programatically?

Installed the both JIRA and Bitbucket in my Localhost .In this i added a Issue opertion plugin and here i manually hardcoded the URL of the Bitbucket .

Is there any way to get a URL without hardcoded??

you could try to retrieve bitbucket URL using ApplicationLink api (https://docs.atlassian.com/applinks-api/3.2/com/atlassian/applinks/api/ApplicationLink.html)
