How can I get / create an environment branch restriction through REST API?

Hi, after creating a deployment environment, how do I set which branch pattern can deploy to it? I see in the doc that I can create environment variables, but no mention of what would show up in the UI as "Branches allowed to deploy to X".

Never mind. I kept searching using different keywords and finally found that it isn't supported: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-21703
