How can I have multiple pipelines per repo

I have a repo called services which has multiple small services which needs to be separately build and deployed without separating them in to different repos. 

Services

      x api

      y api

      z api

If I would like to only build y API with its own pom and only when there is a change in y api folder?

I have not. I think that might solve my issue.
