How can I override min-width: 1004px in bitbucket-theme.css of Server?

This CSS declaration on the "body" element makes the UI nonresponsive. I cannot use a user stylesheet. Does Bitbucket Server itself offer no option to users to override this declaration? Does it serve any useful purpose to take width control away from users?

Thank you, but I don't understand how this could solve the problem. Also, any solution that I could use must not require any dependencies.
