How can I stop receveing notifications for each activity on a repository ?

Hello Atlassian Team,

How can I stop receiving email notifications when I am listed as a Reviewer on a Pull Request? I couldn't find any options to do this. How is it possible that in 2025 we cannot manage the notifications we receive from a server? I receive more than 200 emails a day that go straight to the trash. What a waste of electrical energy and an intrusion of notifications.

you can disable notifications in your personal account settings
