How do I add a custom Banner in STASH so that I can notify users of an upcoming upgrade or any type of announcements.

I have seenthis in Jira and Confluence and I'm assuming that STASH may have teh same capability.

As far I know, right now Stash (2.10) doesn't have the capability built in (see answer at https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/114178/send-email-notification-to-all-users-in-stashand open request at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-2945).

We (Wittified) do have a commercial add-on on the marketplace that might help you though depending on what you're trying to do: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.wittified.atl-announcer-stash.
