How do I create a workspace

The documentation says: “Click + in the leftmost, global sidebar and select Workspace under Create.”

Nowhere in Bitbucket do I see either a “leftmost, global sidebar” or a + sign.

Can anyone post a screenshot or provide more detailed directions.

Please navigate to this URL https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/

There you will see "Create Workspace" option.

Am I correct that there is no link to this anywhere in on the site? I would expect this to be in the navigation bar, next to Projects, or under More.

I think it should be available in the options when we click personal profile button
