How do I get 24/7 live support?

Hi, 

I am currently on 10 user license for Bitbucket server. I found that it is very hard to work with issues that I cannot resolve via google, existing articles, or community. Don't get me wrong, the community is great and the responses are relatively fast, but there is may not be a commitment to resolve the issues.

Any idea how I can get 24/7 live support and how much? I am in California, PST.

Does the 10 user license receive 9x5 support? The community is great but I am still not resolving my email notification and push/webhook issues. Not sure where I should go for help.

No, you have to have 25+ users in order to qualify for the select support if I remember correctly. You may want to contact Licensing support and they should be able to give you a definite answer on when select support kicks in.
