How do I give permission to a project?

Some of my users can log into Stash but can see only 1 project, not the 2nd project. I don't see any project permission controls.

What am I overlooking?

Is it a matter of finding the correct place to set the project permissions? In this case, the project permissions can be found here (Stash 3.2):

Stash have a pretty granular permission scheme and I suggest you to take a look on the entire stash documentation. But for project specific permissions please take a look on this link:
