How do I pull a single file from a remote development branch in Bitbucket to my local feature branch

I created a feature branch on my local repository and made changes to one file.  However, my feature branch shows not only that file changed but another file that got changed when I worked in another feature branch.  Point being is that I wanted the file that I did NOT want changed to match what is in the remote development branch in Bitbucket.  How do I extract that single file without having to reclone the remote development branch?  Please advise as I have a critical deadline.  Thank you.
