How do you do PR reviews?

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering how you are doing pull request reviews in Bitbucket Cloud? We used bitbucket server before and worked like this:

1. Developer A creates a branch, commits a few times and creates a PR
2. Developer B reviews the PR and requests changes with comments
3. A makes a few more commits to handle all the change requests
4. B now only reviews the changes since last review

In Bitbucket Cloud this feature is not available. Do you always review the complete pull request again? Do you look at each commit step by step after the first review?
