How do you view all currently running pipelines

Given I have several projects for my team (right now it's just me though) - how can I get a handle on, or overview of, all running pipelines. For example what happens if a job is running or stuck. How do you find that?

Right now, you can only view the list of all pipelines that have run or are running on a per repository basis.

We currently don't have this view on the account level (to give you that visibility across all your repositories in your account), but we do have an open feature request to support this. I definitely see the value in this, especially when working with microservices and with a larger team. If this is something that interest you, I encourage you to vote for / watch the ticket.
