The BitBucket payment amount is not included with the Atlassian invoice and our billing folks are asking the questions:
1. We need an invoice to pay; can we get one?
2. Can we give billing folks access to BitBucket without getting charged as another user?
Hi @Bob Saucier
Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community!
The Bitbucket Cloud invoice is issued separately from the Atlassian invoice.
As the primary billing contact for the Bitbucket Cloud workspace, an invoice should have been sent to your email. If you did not receive it, you can download a copy at my.atlassian.com.
Typically, invoices are paid automatically using the payment method you provided when subscribing to a paid plan.
To address your questions:
1. We need an invoice to pay; can we get one?
2. Can we grant billing personnel access to BitBucket without incurring charges for an additional user?
I hope this information helps.
- Phil
Hi @Phil C
Thanks for the information and the warm welcome to the Community!
When I visit my.atlassian.com I do not see any place to view or download a copy of the BitBucket invoice. Am I missing something?
Thanks again,
Bob S

Hi Bob,
I apologize for the oversight; to download a copy, you'll need the invoice number.
As a subscriber to a paid Bitbucket Cloud plan, you qualify for support through a ticket. This will enable us to discuss your inquiry in detail, ensuring secure information on how to obtain invoices as well as sending you a copy of the invoice.
That being said, I will set up a ticket for you and assist you throughout the process.
