I have been charged for feb but there is no invoice under invoiced tab. How we can download the invoice? There is not email either with this regard

Bitbucket Cloud invoices can be found in https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/billing/quotes for users who are a billing and technical contact for the license. I can see in our system that you are listed as the Main Billing and Technical contact for the license, so you should be able to access invoices in the link I provided.

Just a heads up, I saw in our system that there was a payment problem and the card on file for Bitbucket was declined. I suggest contacting the credit card provider to figure out the issue and resolve it. When a payment fails, we try two more times and if these are also unsuccessful, the billing plan of the Bitbucket workspace gets downgraded to the Free one. If there are more than 5 users in the workspace when it gets downgraded to the Free plan, users will not be able to push to the repos until the payment issue is fixed and the plan gets upgraded.
