I need to access the code repository in JIRA via SVN. I tried to access it from within Eclipse using Subclipse and the URL https://pangenx.jira.com/svn/OMG/trunk, but the repository did not accept my JIRA credentials.
I think you need to talk to your Jira and Subversion administrators about that. It's nothing the community can help you with (unless you're the admin and you're struggling to set it up?)
I talked to the admin and he does not know.

Eh? It's your admin's job to know that.
Either they were the one who set it up and maintain it, or they know who to talk to if it's a service outside your organisation. They are certainly the one who needs to be fixing it, or handling the conversation with your service provider.
