Hi,
In our company, when employees leave, we want to make sure their access to Bitbucket repositories is removed as part of the offboarding process.

Is there a way to automatically remove users (or groups) from repositories to prevent unnecessary billing and maintain security?

Are there any APIs or recommended practices for handling this efficiently at scale?

Thanks in advance!

G'day, @Roman Panchoshnyi

Welcome to the community!

To remove a user from your workspace, go to Workspace settings > User on plan. Find the user, click the "..." next to their name, and select remove. This will permanently remove the user's access to your workspace and repository.

Please note that an API endpoint for this action does not exist, so you will need to manually follow the steps outlined above to remove the user.
