How to push commits bitbucket

Could someone guide me on how to push the commits I've done on several files? I'm very new to this and this guide : https://confluence.atlassian.com/get-started-with-sourcetree/commit-and-push-a-change-git-847359114.html, isn;t helping, my stuff looks completely different. Maybe its because its an old guide.
