How to set up dedicated email address for receiving bills for bitbucket-cloud?

Is it possible to get bills for bitbucket-cloud usage directly to e-mail of company accountant? How?

Yes, you can do so from my.atlassian.com. You can set a different email address as the primary billing contact as explained here.
