I accidentally reset my phone and lost access to the 2FA codes stored on the device

I accidentally reset my phone and lost access to the 2FA codes stored on the device.
I attempted account recovery using the 24-hour email recovery link twice, but each time it redirects me back to the 2FA prompt.

Could you please advise on how I can regain access to my account?

It takes 24 hours to process a 2FA recovery for security reasons - this is highlighted in our documentation below and notified to you when you attempt to reset your 2FA:

I can see that our system has sent you a recovery email 24 hours after you first requested it on June 10th. Can I confirm you've been able to login again?

If you're still encountering issues - please raise a ticket directly with our support team to ensure you receive a timely response (you have a premium workspace), as this isn't an issue that can be solved by our community.
