I am not able to add my credit card under Workspace settings-Plan details-Billing details.

While trying to add my credit card, I am getting error message " We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again"

Hey @Proactive Solutech ,

and welcome to the Community!

I'd recommend opening a ticket with our Billing and Licensing team, as they're the experts on this matter and can assist you in investigating the reason for this error when trying to use a particular credit card.

You can do so by navigating to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ > select Billing, Payments, Pricing.
