Hi,
Using the email I am logged in here, I can't get an email invitation. This is for a new company I am working with. Other cloud accounts are working without issues.
Can you please fix this as soon as possible.
Things I've tried:
- checking junk mail
- checking our email admin blocked emails
- asking the new company to send the invitation (3 times)
- different email (but the same hostname)
- cancelling the invitation and making a new one
- resending
- suggestion made in here:
Solved: I'm not receiving bitbucket invitations on my mail
Hi @Abdi Daud
Welcome to the community.
Could you please try to follow the steps mentioned in our KB here? Troubleshooting: Not Receiving Bitbucket Cloud Workspace Invitations
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Mark C
Hello.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community
I understand that you are not receiving emails. I suspect this is due to the email suppression
Adding to the suppression list is a mechanism to avoid spamming recipient mail servers and indicating that an error has occurred, having identified they are not available to receive the email. The recipient may not be available due to various reasons some of which are, but are not limited to - DNS Resolution, Mailbox being full, Network issues, Firewall rules, Mailbox unavailable, Mail Servers facing reach-ability issues, User not setup, mailbox being inactive, etc.
We have a community post that can help you to un-suppress emails. Please find the posts below
If the you are unable to see the suppression list , request you to reach out to support here: https://support.atlassian.com/ so that we can further check the account.
Thank You,
Prachi

Hi Parchi,
Thanks for you reply but
1- My issue is with bitbucket. Access to Jira and confluence is sorted and has no issues there. However, the links you've sent is related to jira and not bitbucket
2- @Nikola Perisic has pointed out that the email has been blocked. has that changed or that's still the case.
My email is working with other bitbucket accounts so all the issues you've mentioned are not applicable

Welcome @Abdi Daud
This happens because the email has been blocked from the Atlassian's side to prevent spam. I've added an additional tag for this post so Atlassian team can see it and respond to you promptly.
