The email address of the bitbucket login account is an email account from a company I quit, so it is no longer valid. I can't log in because the system has changed to send a verification code to the email account when logging in. I want to know how to log in when the email address used for the bitbucket account actually disappears. I also want to change this account to another valid email account. Please tell me how.

This is a security measure to verify your ownership of the account and cannot be overridden. If you are unable to access your email address - unfortunately there is nothing further we can do to help you recover your account.
You will need to create a new workspace and push your local repositories to this new workspace.
