Subject: Did not receive one-time login email after 24 hours

Hello Atlassian Support,

I submitted a Bitbucket account recovery request on 7 july 2025, at 11:55 AM IST. I received the initial confirmation email stating that I would get a one-time login link after 24 hours.

It’s now over 24 hours later (currently 12:38 PM the next day), but I haven’t received any follow-up email.

I’ve checked all folders (Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions) and confirmed my email address is correct.

Please help me recover access to my Bitbucket account.

Hi Sanya,

I checked our email logs and I saw that the 2FA recovery email was sent about 35 minutes after you created this post.

I also saw additional email notifications about 2FA changing and being enabled again.

Can you please confirm if you received the email eventually and if the issue is resolved?
