I can't receive Bitbucket invitation emails with my gmail account.

Hi there. I've started a new project and the team leader is trying to add me into the teams' bitbucket workspace so I can get access to the repositories but I haven't received any of the invitations so far.

He has sent and resent them over 5 times in the last 48 hours but to no avail.

 

What can we do? Could anyone help?

and welcome to the Community!

Checking internally I see that the bitbucket account associated with the email you posted this question from is already a member of a workspace, so hopefully the email eventually arrived. I also don't see any emails being bounced on our end, which usually suggest the email was delivered but may have been ended up on Spam/Junk folder on mistake.

However, if the invitation is for a different account/email, we kindly ask you to post a comment here while logged in with the affected account email, so we can check our logs further.
