There's info on how to find your repo sizes here:

To check the relative size of your repository in Bitbucket click Settings, which should open the Repository details page, then look for the Size line."
Hi John, in addition to Sam's response, note that there's not a limit on how many repositories you can have. Even if you're on a free account you can have unlimited repositories, the only requirement is that each repo must not exceed 2GB. This is explained at What kind of limits do you have?
