I have an account . I am not receiving teh recovery email for this account. Could Atlassian Team help in this regard. its urgent. Please need help

I have cleared the suppression on our side for that account. You can now try to resend the recovery email. It should be received now.

I would recommend your spam folder to see if the recovery email is there. In case it's not in spam folder, please raise a support ticket in https://support.atlassian.com so a support engineer can assist with your issue.
