My manager sent me an invitation to collaborate on a project but the invitation email doesn't arrive at all. Again tried to resend the email but it didn't work either.
Could you please check this problem?

I have checked your email address and can see that you have disabled product notifications (which includes invitations) - hence why you've not been able to receive these.
To resolve this:
Once complete - please ask the admin to cancel all invitations from any groups/repo's you may have been invited to, and then advise them to send these again.
