I'm not receiving bitbucket invitations on my mail

Hi,

My manager sent me an invitation to collaborate on a repository but the invitation email doesn't arrive at all. he tried to resend the email but it didn't work either.

Could you please check this problem?

Hello @Oleksandr Melnyk ,

and welcome to the Community!

It seems you may have globally unsubscribed to all Atlassian notification emails, and that can prevent you from receiving product invitations.

In order to enable it again, you can follow the steps below:

  • Log in to id.atlassian.com using your email (Or navigate to that link if you're already signed in).
  • Click on your avatar, then select Account settings.
  • Click on the Email tab.
  • Click the email preferences center link.
  • Check the Product Surveys and Invitations section and make sure Product Invitations is selected.

Once you update the settings to enable product invitation emails, you can ask the workspace admin to cancel the current invitation and send you a new one to trigger a fresh email.
