I'm not receiving bitbucket invitations on my mail

Hi,

My team member sent me an invitation to collaborate on a project but the invitation email doesn't arrive at all. he tried to resend the email but it didn't work either.

Could you please check this problem?

Hi @muhammad.sarmad 

I have checked our internal suppression list and can see that your email is not present here, meaning you are not being blocked from receiving emails from our side.

I have checked our internal SMTP logs and can see that an invitation was transmitted to your mail server on 2025-08-20 21:42:33.665 - whether this was then blocked/filtered by your mail server is not visible to us, so I would suggest ensuring our addresses are whitelisted accordingly:

  • noreply@am.atlassian.com

  • noreply+XXXXXX@id.atlassian.net

  • no-reply@atlassian.com 

  • noreply@mailer.atlassian.com

  • notifications-noreply@bitbucket.org

  • 216.221.175.128/25

  • 76.223.147.128/25

It appears you've accepted an invitation to a workspace recently, may I know if you are still encountering issues?
