Salesforce - Deploying only changes not entire package.xml

Hi there all Salesforce Developers and avid Bitbucket users, my question for today and maybe we can start a discussion around it is how to solve the problem of deploying only the new changes and not the entire org each time we do a deployment using Bitbucket Pipelines?

There might already be a solution that I don't know about so if you have it please share, if there are theories or workarounds that is good too.
