I need to know how to upgrade my Account Plan from Free to Standard.
It always redirects me to https://www.atlassian.com/software/bitbucket/pricing and when I proceed on Start Free Trial for the Standard Account, it requires me to fill my Bitbucket Account Url, which I already did "https://bitbucket.org/micmal-interactive/", but nothing happens and it just log me in to my workspace.
Now when I go to my snippets, it will redirect me again to account upgrade (as snippets is no longer availabe to Free Plans). The process is a nightmare, this is a terrible flow, I cant even upgrade my plans normally.

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback! We're working internally on making sure the upgrade flow is more clear to the users.
That being said, in order to upgrade an existing workspace, you can follow the steps outlined in Change your plan - Bitbucket Cloud :
To change your current Bitbucket plan:
Select the Settings cog on the top navigation bar.
Select Workspace settings from the Settings dropdown menu.
Select Plan details under Plans and Billing on the left sidebar.
Click Upgrade plan or Change plan.
On the Bitbucket Cloud plans page, click the Free, Standard, or Premium button for the plan you want.
On the Enter your billing details screen enter the required information.
Click Purchase.
Could you try following that route and let us know how it goes ?

Thank you for your response. I’ve successfully upgraded my account, though it required some additional effort to navigate the process.
I also noticed that the Upgrade Plan notification has been updated to:
"A workspace on a Free plan does not support snippets. Upgrade to a Standard or Premium plan: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/manage-your-plan-and-billing/#Change-your-plan"
This updated message is significantly clearer and more user-friendly compared to the previous version, which directed users to the Plans and Pricing page but resulted in a frustrating experience where entering the Workspace URL led to no further action.
Everything is resolved now, and I appreciate your efforts in improving the process.

can someone provide a clear process on how to upgrade a plan from Free to Standard without going in circle ? I am going back and forth and no clear process on what is going on, as after setting up your workspace url, it goes to your new workspace url and it already ignore the very purpose why it ask for workspace url setup, to UPGRADE your Account PLAN.
This is a very terrible flow, the process is a nightmare.
