Inability to select reviewer in pull request

Dear Bitbucket Community

My coworkers and I are primarily working in a shared workspace of which we all are members or admins. However, as of recently, I cannot be selected as a reviewer in a pull request anymore by my coworkers. If they search for my name in the reviewer tab of the pull request, many other users appear but my account does not. We have already tried removing me from the workspace and adding me again after a few hours. I have tried to change my profile picture and name to a unique one. Also, I have pushed a file to the repository in question. All of the above steps did not work in solving the problem that I simply do not appear as user when my coworkers search for my name in the pull request.

We would be very grateful for your input and suggestions on how to solve this.

I've refreshed your Bitbucket Cloud account on my end.

Could you ask the team to try and search for your name as a PR reviewer again?

They searched for my name and found me. Refreshing my Bitbucket Cloud Account worked.
