Intellectual Property Rights for Private Repositories in Bitbucket

The company I work for is looking into moving our source code into BitBucket private repositories. I haven't been able to find a statement in bitbucket's website and documentation that states that our company retains all intellectual property rights on everything we upload to BitBucket.

This is the first time we will be moving source code into the cloud, and management wants to be sure about this IP issue. 

Can anyone guide me to the correct resources?
