Is it possible to set up a "Global" artifact in pipelines.yml ?

Hi Robert,

At the moment an artifact can only be defined on a step, as shown here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/using-artifacts-in-steps-935389074.html 

It's worth noting that artifacts that are created in a step are available to *all* the following steps in a pipeline. So you only need to define each artifact once per pipeline.
