Is there a database table that contains the database application version?

When I look at the BitBucket web GUI, I can look down at the bottom and see that the version is 8.19.0 for example. However, I am looking for a way to determine what version the database is at. I am not looking for the RDBMS version, e.g. postgres 16.

Consider the scenario where I take a backup of our BitBucket database, and then a year from now I restore that database -- how can I tell what version of the BitBucket application that database is on?
