Is there a script delete all repos and projects?

I  am repurposing a bitbucket server on-prem and need a way to clean out the 100's of repos and projects on it so it is in a pristine new install-like state.  I see the DataCenter version provides but this ic, not  DC  license.  is there a script utility anyone can share to do this?
