Is there a way to configure Smart Commits so they only trigger on PRs / merges to specific branches?

Hi,

My team uses rebasing to ensure we have a clean commit history. Working that way means we end up with a lot of duplicate entries in Jira via integrated Git Smart Commits.

Is there a way to limit this so Jira is only updated with pushes to Master?
