Is there an artifact repository planned?

Other Cloud providers in Sourcecode-, Build- & Deployment-Management like GitHub or GitLab have integrated their own artifact repository (e.g. private npm-, maven-repository, ...).

Is there sth. like this on the bitbucket roadmap?

Right now as per the Roadmap there is no such plans, may be someone from Atlassian Team would be better suited to answer this
