Issue with performing marge operation manually

Issue: I am playing around with how to get my Bitbucket changes synced with CDETS. So I turned on the PR harmony hook.

When I create a pull request it gives this error if you hover over the merge button.

The operation exited while verifying :Cannot run program "null": error=2, No such file or directory

- In which environment are you running Bitbucket Server

- Which Bitbucket Server are you using?

- Is this a consistent behaviour? Does it happen every time you try to create a pull request?
